You will be upgraded to the next tier when you reach the minimum qualifying spend of the respective tiers. Your upgraded tier status will remain valid for 1 year from the qualifying date.
For example, if you joined on 4 April 2022 and spend S$2,000 on 1 May 2022 and another S$3,000 on 5 July 2022, you will be upgraded to Insider, which is valid from 5 July 2022 to 31 July 2023. LAG restrictions apply to all carriage of Liquids, Aerosols and Gels in hand-carry luggage on all flights departing from affected airports. This includes both inflight purchases or pre-orders purchased from KrisShop. All LAG purchases must be placed in sealed tamper-evident bags, with receipts clearly displayed in the sealed bags. Without a tamper-evident bag, LAG items carried in hand-carry luggage into LAG-affected airports will be confiscated.
All items grouped under the categories of Fragrances, Cosmetics (except makeup palettes) and Liquor/Wine are classified as LAG items.
