Gift Wrapping

This service is temporarily unavailable. Stay tuned for the resumption of gift wrapping services.

  • What does KrisShop’s Gift Wrapping Service include?
    You may add on the gift-wrapping service at S$4.50 (excluding applicable shipping and taxes) per order. The service includes gift-wrapping of the items within your order and a personalised message card for your recipient, with a limit of 600 characters.

    Do note that all items (excluding KrisShop Living products) within the same transaction will be gift-wrapped together.

  • What items are eligible for Gift Wrapping?
    All items fulfilled by KrisShop (except products under KrisShop Living) are eligible for gift wrapping. Please note that gift wrapping is also not applicable for international delivery.

  • Can I change my message or cancel the gift wrapping service after I have placed my order?
    We are unable to make any changes or cancellations for the personalised message and gift wrapping service once the order has been submitted. Please ensure you check through the order details before submission.

  • Can I choose what items in my order I would like gift wrapped?
    All items (excluding KrisShop Living products) purchased within the same transaction will be gift-wrapped. If you would like to have selected items gift-wrapped, please place separate orders. If your order includes wine(s), the wine(s) may be gift wrapped separately.
     
  • I do not want my recipient to know the cost of the item(s) purchased. Can I opt to have the invoice removed from my order?
    As part of our efforts to be more environmentally-friendly, we currently do not provide hardcopy invoices. An e-invoice is sent to the email that is used to place the order.

  • Can I choose the type of gift wrap to be used?
    Sit back and relax! We will choose a suitable gift wrap based on the items you have purchased.

  • My recipient does not like the item and / or finds it unsuitable. Can I make a refund?
    For returns, please refer to the return and refunds policy here. Please note that the cost of gift-wrapping service is non-refundable.

 

Engraving

  • What does the Engraving Service include?

You are able to personalise selected items with a short message, initials or a special date. This service is currently complimentary.

Engraving will require up to 3 additional working days, on top of the standard delivery lead time. Please note that character limitation vary by item. Please refer to the respective product pages formore information.

Please also note that product warranty (if applicable) will be void for engraved products.

  • What items are eligible for engraving?
    The engraving service is only available for selected items and for local standard delivery within Singapore.
  • Can I change my message or cancel the engraving service after I have placed my order?
    We are unable to make any changes or cancellations for the engraving service once the order has been submitted. Please ensure you check through the order details before submitting your order. 
  • The recipient did not like the item. Can I opt to have a refund?
    Engraved items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

KrisShop's e-Gift Card

  • What is KrisShop e-Gift Card?

KrisShop e-Gift Cards are digital vouchers that can be purchased on KrisShop.com. They will be sent directly to your recipient of choice via email. KrisShop e-Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and can only be used online on KrisShop.com.

  • What happens after I purchase the KrisShop e-Gift Card?

Upon checkout, our Customer Experience team will contact you via email/phone for your recipient’s details within 1-2 working days. Thereafter, an email comprising of the e-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient within 1-2 working days. The issuance date will be based on the date that the e-Gift Card is sent out.

  • Are there any additional fees associated with KrisShop e-Gift Card?

No. You will only be charged the amount of the KrisShop e-Gift Card. GST is not applicable for purchase of KrisShop e-Gift Card.

  • What are the available denominations of KrisShop e-Gift Cards?

KrisShop e-Gift Cards are available in S$50, S$75, and S$100 denominations.

  • Can I change the value of KrisShop e-Gift Cards after purchase?

The value of KrisShop e-Gift Card cannot be changed once the purchase has been made.

  • Will I earn any KrisFlyer miles when I purchase KrisShop e-Gift Card?

You may earn KrisFlyer miles for the purchase of the KrisShop e-Gift Card. However, miles redemption is not available for the purchase of KrisShop e-Gift Card.

  • I have received a KrisShop e-Gift Card. How do i use the e-Gift Card?
  1. Browse items on KrisShop.com and add them to your shopping bag.
  2. During checkout, simply apply the e-Gift Card code(s) under Voucher and Promotion Codes.
  3. Continue with payment. 

 e-Gift Card may be used for multiple transactions until the value of the e-gift card is depleted or upon expiry, whichever occurs earlier. Multiple KrisShop e-Gift Cards may be applied in a single transaction.

  • What is the validity of the KrisShop e-Gift Card that I received?

The e-Gift Card is valid for 1 year from date of issuance. Please check the email with the e-Gift Card for more details.

  • If the value of the eGift Card is not utilised upon expiry, can I request for a refund of the balance amount?

Any unused balance at expiry are not refundable, renewable, exchangeable, or transferable. Please note that there is strictly no extension of the expiry date for the e-Gift Card.

  • Can I make a bulk purchase of KrisShop e-Gift Cards?
