We guarantee that every item is in good condition at the time of shipping. In the event that the item is defective or damaged:
1. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com for your return request, detailing the reason for return; and
2. Upon confirmation from our Customer Service, you will either be directed to an authorised service centre or be requested to return the item by registered post in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase to the following address:

Any postal, shipping or handling costs will be borne by the customer, except for defective items. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund the cost of the item to the same credit card used to make the payment.
Please note the following:
- Liquids, gels and food products may not be returned if they have been opened.
- Alcohol cannot be returned due to government regulations.
- All purchases using any form of vouchers and KrisFlyer miles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All Apple and Samsung products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any return or refund requests which do not comply with the above conditions will not be entertained.
