KrisShop's e-Gift Card

• The KrisShop e-Gift Card can only be used on goods, services, vouchers, subscriptions, and other experiences sold on KrisShop.com  (individually and collectively known as “Products”), but may not be used to purchase the following:

(1) other KrisShop e-Gift Cards and/or

(2) any Products that require full KrisFlyer miles redemption.

• The KrisShop e-Gift Card is not eligible for overseas shipping, custom and import duties.
• Multiple KrisShop e-Gift Cards may be combined for use in a single transaction.
• Each KrisShop e-Gift Card may be used for multiple transactions until the value within the KrisShop e-Gift Card is depleted, or upon expiry of the KrisShop e-Gift Card.
• If the total transaction amount for your purchase on KrisShop.com exceeds the value of each KrisShop e-Gift Card, you will have to top up the remaining amount via a credit card payment.
• Payment for the KrisShop e-Gift Card can only be made using valid credit or debit cards.
• KrisFlyer miles redemption (whether in full or in part) is not available for the purchase of the KrisShop e-Gift Card.
• However, KrisFlyer miles may be awarded for the purchase of the KrisShop e-Gift Cards.
• KrisShop e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If there is any unredeemed value upon the expiry of the KrisShop e-Gift Card, such unredeemed value shall not be refundable, transferable, or converted to cash.
• Products purchased using KrisShop e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each KrisShop e-Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance (as reflected in the date of the email sent by KrisShop to the recipient of the KrisShop e-Gift Card).
• KrisShop is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen KrisShop e-Gift Cards, and reserves the right to request alternative forms of payment if an e-Gift Card is fraudulently obtained, or if you have made false, fraudulent or speculative orders on KrisShop.com.
• All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
• KrisShop reserves the right to amend these KrisShop e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You and KrisShop hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
