KrisShopper members enjoy a higher KrisFlyer mile earn rate for every dollar spent with KrisShop, as well as exclusive access to shopping privileges such as member-only deals and first dibs on new arrivals, depending on membership tier.
- Who can sign up to be a KrisShopper?
The KrisShopper programme is available to anyone with a valid KrisFlyer membership at the point of registration.
- How do I sign up to be a KrisShopper?
There are 2 ways to sign up:
1. When you log in to KrisShop.com, there will be a pop-up that allows you to opt-in for the KrisShopper programme; or
2. When you log in to your KrisFlyer account on singaporeair.com, click on Miles > How to Earn, locate the KrisShop section and click on “Link account”

How do I sign up to be a KrisShopper if I’m not a KrisFlyer member?
If you’re not a KrisFlyer member, you can sign up for both KrisFlyer and KrisShopper programmes here.

Is there an enrolment fee for the KrisShopper programme?
No, there is no enrolment fee. It is complimentary to sign up for KrisShopper.

Does my KrisShopper membership expire?
Your KrisShopper membership is tied to your KrisFlyer account. As such, your KrisShopper membership will not expire as long as your KrisFlyer membership is active.

Will my KrisShopper membership be affected if I stop being a KrisFlyer member?
Your KrisShopper membership is tied to your KrisFlyer account. You have to maintain your KrisFlyer membership throughout your time as a KrisShopper.

How many KrisShopper membership tiers are there?
There are 4 tiers of membership, namely Member, Insider, Icon and Ambassador. Upon meeting the qualifying spend, you will be upgraded to the next tier.

What is considered a qualifying spend?
Qualifying spend refers to the final amount paid in credit or debit card for purchases on KrisShop.com, KrisShop on Kris+ mobile app and KrisShop on KrisWorld, after eligible discounts, KrisFlyer miles and/or vouchers have been applied. Qualifying spend excludes:
- any goods and services tax;
- any applicable duties, taxes and delivery charges; and
- any purchase made prior to you becoming a member of the KrisShopper programme.

Do I enjoy KrisShopper benefits when I shop on KrisShop via Kris+?

- What is the difference in miles earned when i shop on KrisShop.com vs KrisShop on Kris+?
While the miles earn rate for both platforms are similar, the base for calculation of miles earned differs. KrisFlyer miles are calculated based on every S$1 spend on KrisShop.com, while KrisPay miles are calculated based on every S$2 spend for KrisShop on Kris+ purchases. This results in a slight difference in miles earned between the two platforms.

Free local shipping within Singapore benefit for KrisShopper Ambassador and Icon is only applicable for purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not applicable for purchases made via other KrisShop platforms, including Kris+

Please allow up to 5 business days after your purchase from KrisShop.com for miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account.

How do I achieve a higher level of membership tier?
You will be upgraded to the next tier when you reach the minimum qualifying spend of the respective tiers. Your upgraded tier status will remain valid for 1 year from the qualifying date.For example, if you joined on 4 April 2022 and spend S$2,000 on 1 May 2022 and another S$3,000 on 5 July 2022, you will be upgraded to Insider, which is valid from 5 July 2022 to 31 July 2023. Subsequently, if you spend an additional S$6,000 by 30 May 2023, you will be upgraded to Icon at the point of qualification.

How soon will I be upgraded to a higher level of membership tier?
You will be upgraded to the next tier within 5 business days, upon reaching the minimum qualifying spend of the respective tiers.
- What happens if I do not meet the qualifying spend for my KrisShopper tier?
At the end of your tier validity period, if you have not met the qualifying spend for your tier, you will be downgraded to the respective membership tier based on the spend during your tier validity period.For example, if you qualified for Icon on 5 July 2022, your tier will be valid from 5 July 2022 to 31 July 2023. If your qualifying spend during your tier validity period is below S$10,000, your new tier will be determined based on your qualifying spend during your tier validity period on 1 August 2023.
