The KrisShopper membership tier you will be status matched to will be based on your status as a PPS Club member at the time of account linkage, as illustrated in the table above.
To link your account to KrisShopper and enjoy the status match benefit, simply login with your KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com and click the “Join Now” box when the KrisShopper pop-up window appears.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your KrisShopper membership tier to be matched with your PPS Club membership tier.
Terms and conditions for the KrisShopper status match benefit (applicable for PPS Club members)
1. In order to qualify for the status match benefit, you must be a PPS Club member, a Solitaire PPS Club member or a Solitaire Life PPS Club member (each, an “eligible PPS Club member”), and you will need to link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper (“Required Sign-Up”). To avoid doubt, the status match benefit shall only apply to eligible PPS Club members and excludes (a) all Solitaire PPS Club supplementary cardholders and/or (b) all credit card PPS Club supplementary cardholders.
2. Your KrisShopper membership tier will be matched with your PPS Club membership tier within 5 business days of completion of the Required Sign-Up. The KrisShopper membership tier awarded to you under this status match benefit is valid as long as you continue to maintain your membership to The PPS Club throughout your time as a member of the KrisShopper programme.
3. You acknowledge and agree that the KrisShopper membership tier awarded to you under this status match benefit is conditioned on your continued status as a member of The PPS Club. If you are no longer holding The PPS Club membership, we reserve the right to downgrade you immediately to the next applicable membership tier based on your Eligible Spending in accordance with the table set forth here.
4. Eligible Spending means the nett purchase amount, excluding vouchers, discounts, taxes, delivery fees, import duties and postal clearance charges (applicable for home delivery and varying between countries). KrisFlyer miles, including KrisFlyer miles earned under the KrisShopper programme, are only earned from Eligible Spending.
5. In the process of linking your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper, you have acknowledged that you have read and accepted the KrisShopper Terms and Conditions. The earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and the KrisShopper Terms and Conditions.
