KrisShop's Valentine's Day Promotion Terms & Conditions
i. This KrisShop's Valentine's Day Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
ii. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 1 February 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 14 February 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
iii. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 60% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Deals").
iv. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisShopper”) will be qualified for extra 5% off on selected products at checkout on KrisShop.com.
v. Up to 60% off Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com as well as Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
vi. Purchases of Valentine's Day cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
vii. Products purchased from Valentine's Day are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
viii. Valentine's Day are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Home & Living Fair at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
1. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
2. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
3. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
4. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
5. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including the items each Shopper has purchased, amounts spent for each eligible transaction for the relevant promotion, and each Shopper’s KrisFlyer membership tier) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
