i. This KrisShop's Buy 2 Get 50% off Liquor Specials Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
ii. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and and KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application and is open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 6 February 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 16 February 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
iii. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum purchase quantities stated below may receive the following discount for that transaction on KrisShop.com and KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application:

iv. The Buy 2 Get 50% off Liquor Specials ("Promotion") are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com as well as KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
v. Purchases from Buy 2 Get 50% off Liquor Specials cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
vi. Products purchased from Buy 2 Get 50% off Liquor Specials are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
vii. Buy 2 Get 50% off Liquor Specials are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Deals at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
1. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.
2. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
3. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.
4. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
5. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including the items each Shopper has purchased, amounts spent for each eligible transaction for the relevant promotion, and each Shopper’s KrisFlyer membership tier) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
