American Express x KrisShopper Anniversary Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This American Express x KrisShopper Anniversary Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper Loyalty Programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”), with a valid American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card or American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card (“Card Member”)(collectively, an “Eligible Shopper”) in accordance with clause 3 below during the promotion period from 18 April 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 2 May 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Shoppers who have logged into their KrisFlyer account on KrisShop before completing their transaction on KrisShop.com may receive an additional S$20 off with a minimum spending of S$250 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes)(“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

i. the Eligible Shopper has a valid and active KrisShopper membership, and completes the transaction while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer account,

ii. the promo code “AMEXKSP20” has been correctly entered by the Eligible Shopper at checkout, and

iii. payment in respect of the minimum spend criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card or American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card.

4. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or Singapore Airlines issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• an Eligible Shopper is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “AMEXKSP20”:
• if S$250 is paid via a basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card or American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or Singapore Airlines issued eVouchers the promo code may be applied;
• however, if S$200 is paid via a basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card or American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or Singapore Airlines issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$200 value falls below the minimum spend criteria.

5. This Promotion is valid for the first 110 redemptions and is limited to one redemption per KrisShopper only.

6. Products from Augustinus Bader are excluded from this Promotion.

7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

8. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Eligible Shopper will be refunded.

9. The promo code “AMEXKSP20” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.

10. American Express and KrisShop reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason. In the event of any disputes, the decision of American Express and KrisShop shall be final.

11. American Express acts solely as payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities, or benefits are not provided by KrisShop. Card Members acknowledge that any dispute in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities, and benefits.

General Terms

12. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

13. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

14. By participating in the Promotion, each shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
