American Express® X KrisShop Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This Amex x KrisShop Christmas Grandeur promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card Members in accordance with clause 3 below (“Card Members”) during the promotion period from 14 December 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 26 December 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Card Members may receive an additional S$20 off (“Discount”) and 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) with a minimum spending of S$200 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes)(“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

i. the Card Member has a valid and active KrisFlyer account, and completes the transaction while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Member”),

ii. the promo code “AMEXDEC20” has been correctly entered by the Card Member at checkout, and

iii. payment in respect of the minimum spend criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a personal basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card, (collectively, the Promotion).

4. Products from Augustinus Bader are excluded from this Promotion.

5. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• a Card Member is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “AMEXDEC20”:
• • if S$200 is paid via a personal basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers the promo code may be applied;
  • however, if S$100 is paid via a personal basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card and S$200 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$100 value falls below the minimum spend criteria.

6. This Promotion is valid for the first 200 redemptions only and is limited to one redemption per customer.

7. The Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer account within twelve (12) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

8. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

9. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Card Member will be refunded and KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer member.

10. The promo code “AMEXDEC20” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.

11. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

12. American Express acts solely as payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities, or benefits are not provided by KrisShop. Card Members acknowledge that any dispute in relation to the above are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities, and benefits.

General Terms

13. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

14. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

15. KrisShop and American Express reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

16. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
