KrisShop Jet-Set To A Flying Start Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Jet-Set To A Flying Start Promotion is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop Customers ("Shoppers") during the Promotion Period from 17 August 2023 (0000hrs Singaore time) to 31 July 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)("Promotion Period").
3. During the Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive a 18% off if all the following conditions are met:
(a) Each Shopper must spend a minimum amount of S$200 on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) (“Minimum Spend Criteria”) for each transaction on KrisShop.com, subject to certain brand exclusions; and
(b) the Shopper must select the option for pre-order purchase made through KrisShop.com for collection by (i) that same Shopper or (ii) to a person nominated by that Shopper, on board an eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight.
4. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 18% off regular-priced items Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.
5. The discount will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code TRAVEL has been correctly entered and the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met.
6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
7. The promo code TRAVEL cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.
8. This Promotion cannot be stackable with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
General Terms:
9. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
10. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
11. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
14. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
