KrisShop Whisky Day Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Whisky Day Promo (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 18 May 2022 (1200hrs Singapore time) to 31 May 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Up to 35% off selected Whisky; 
(b) Extra 5% off exclusively for KrisShopper

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 35% discount on selected products ("Deals") as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com. Prices displayed on the relevant Deals webpage are final and are not eligible for further discounts.

(b) Extra 5% off exclusively for KrisShoppers

i. Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisShopper”) will be qualified for the extra 5% on selected products at checkout.

General Terms

4. Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

5. Deals are not applicable with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

6. Products purchased from the Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

7. Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Deals at any time without prior notice.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

9. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

10. This Promotion cannot be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including the items each Shopper has purchased, amounts spent for each eligible transaction for the relevant promotion, and each Shopper’s KrisFlyer membership tier) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”)  by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
