KrisShop's Mid-Year Triple Treats Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop's Mid-Year Triple Treats Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on (a) KrisShop.com and (b) the KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application and is open to all KrisFlyer Shoppers (as defined herein) during the promotion period from 8 June 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 22 June 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”). In these Terms and Conditions, “KrisFlyer Shoppers” refers to KrisShop customers who are active Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com and/or the KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application before completing their transactions.

3. This Promotion shall consist of KrisFlyer miles Promotion, as set out at 3(i) and 3(ii) below:

(i) During the Promotion Period, Non-KrisShoppers who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 3 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent, applicable on selected products as specified ("Eligible Products") on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com:

ii. During the Promotion Period, each eligible KrisShopper who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn additional KrisFlyer Miles on top of the usual earn rate, based on their KrisShopper membership tiers (“Bonus Miles”); on selected products as specified ("Eligible Products") on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com:

 * As so defined under our KrisShopper Terms and Conditions, read together with 3(iii) and (iv) below. 

iii. Bonus KrisFlyer miles are only awarded on the cash portion of the total price of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles). 

iv. The nett amount of non-eligible products will be deducted from eligible spending.

v. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible Shoppers within 15 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

vi. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

vii. This KrisShop's Mid-Year Triple Treats Promotion can be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

General Terms:

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

6. Transactions where payment is made with the KrisShop E-gift Card and/or eligible eVouchers issued by KrisShop and by Singapore Airlines shall not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria required for each transaction under this Bonus Miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.

7. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

9. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

10. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
