KrisShop Pay Day Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Pay Day Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an “Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all KrisShop customers (each, a “Shopper”) during the promotion period from 28 March 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 March 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“ 12% Promotion Period”).
3. During the 12% Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper meets the 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria (defined below) for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) for each eligible transaction may receive a 12% discount for regular-priced, subject to certain brand exclusions for that transaction:

4. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) and excluded Product category will count towards the 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 12% off regular-priced Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the 12% off Regular-priced Promotion will not apply to each Excluded Product.
5. If a Shopper meets the 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria for his/her order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e., both inflight delivery and home delivery), such that the value of the products purchased for each delivery method does not meet the 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria, the 12% off Regular-priced Promotion shall not apply to those transactions. The 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria must be met for each selected delivery method in order for the 12% off Regular-priced Promotion to apply to that transaction.
6. The Pay Day Promotion will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code PAYMAR12 has been correctly entered and the 12% off Minimum Spend Criteria has been met.
7. The promo code PAYMAR12 cannot be applied in conjunction with other promo codes.
8. The Pay Day Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
General Terms
9. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
10. All purchases in relation to the Promotion made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
11. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
12. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in the Promotion.
13. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email addressmay be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its its supporting partners for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
14. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
16. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap 53B) to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
