KrisShop’s May-tastic Miles Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop’s May-tastic Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 4 May 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 10 May 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, KrisFlyer Shoppers who satisfy the conditions below may earn an additional 1,500 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

4. Products from Apple, DJI, LG, Dyson, Samsung, Sony, Nintendo and Osim are excluded from this May-tastic Miles Promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with aggerate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), with S$100 worth of products from Apple and S$200 worth of products from non-excluded brands. The bonus miles will not be awarded for this transaction as it does not satisfy the Minimum Spend Criteria.
• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with aggerate value of S$500 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), with S$200 worth of products from Apple and S$300 worth of products from non-excluded brands. The 1,500 bonus miles will be awarded.

6. KrisShop e-gift cards of S$50, S$75 and S$100 are also excluded from this May-tastic Miles Promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• A KrisFlyer Shopper has purchased KrisShop’s e-gift card worth of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), bonus miles will not be awarded for this transaction.
• A KrisFlyer Shopper has purchased KrisShop’s e-gift card worth of S$100 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and purchased S$300 worth of products from non-excluded brands. The 1,500 bonus miles will be awarded.

7. The Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com or KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application). For illustration purposes only:

• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$100 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$200. The bonus miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Minimum Spend Criteria.
• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) on KrisShop.com via the Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$100 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$200. The bonus miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Minimum Spend Criteria. 

8. Transactions where payment is made with the KrisShop E-gift Card and/or eligible eVouchers issued by KrisShop and by Singapore Airlines shall not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria required for each transaction under this Bonus Miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.  

9. This May-tastic Miles Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

10. The bonus miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 10 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

11. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

12. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer member for the relevant transaction(s).
