KrisShop Multiply Your Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Multiply Your Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all KrisShop customers (each, a “Shopper”) during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of:

i. [FULLY REDEEMED] The Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 5 March 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 14 March 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period”);

ii.  [FULLY REDEEMED] The Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 5 March 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 14 March 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion Period”); and

iii. The March Markdowns Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(c) below), which will take place from 5 March 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 14 March 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“March Markdowns Promotion Period”, and together with the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period and the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, the “Promotion Periods”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

i. During the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com of at least 2 items in a single purchase (“Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application that meets the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria, may earn an additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Kris+ 3 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer Kris+ 3 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application, as set out below:

iii. During the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com that meets the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria, may earn an additional 2 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper 2 Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper 2 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual base earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iv. During the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application that meets the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria, may earn an additional 4 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ 4 Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper Kris+ 4 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* for KrisShop on the Kris+ application, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

v.  Products from Apple, DJI , LG, Dyson, Samsung, Sony and Nintendo are excluded from the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion. Any purchase of the abovementioned products shall not be included in the computation of the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria.

vi. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion. Any purchase of KrisShop E-gift Cards shall not be included in the computation of the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria.

vii. The KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles, KrisFlyer Kris+ 3 Bonus Miles, KrisShopper 2 Bonus Miles and KrisShopper Kris+ 4  Bonus Miles shall be collectively referred to as the “Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Bonus Miles”. The Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash payment component of the total nett price of the item(s) purchased (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). Any part of an Online Platform transaction where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer or KrisPay miles shall not be eligible for the usual miles earn rates or the Buy 2, Get 2x Bonus Miles Promotion as set out in set out in Clause 3(a)(i), Clause 3(a)(ii), Clause 3(a)(iii) and Clause 3(a)(iv) of these Terms and Conditions.

viii. The amount of Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Bonus Miles is capped at maximum of five thousand (5,000)  KrisFlyer miles per eligible Shopper across all eligible transactions.

ix. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion. Any purchase of KrisShop E-gift Cards shall not be included in the computation of the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria.

x. This Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion and March Markdowns Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

xi. The Buy 2, Get 2x Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period.

xii. The Buy 2, Get 2x Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(a)(xi) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Buy 2, Get 2x Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion Period, i.e., March 2024.

xiii. PPS Value and Elite miles from the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign are tabulated as a separate campaign and is awarded based on nett amount spent with a credit/debit card.

xiv. The Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion is only available while stocks last and the total number of KrisFlyer miles available to earn during the Promotion Periods (being the total number of Buy 2, Get 2x Bonus Miles together with Buy 3, Get 3x Bonus Miles (defined below) awarded) shall not exceed three hundred thousand (300,000) Krisflyer miles. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Buy 2, Get 2x Miles Promotion at any time without prior notice.

xv. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Buy 2, Get 2x Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer member for the relevant transaction(s).

i. During the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com of at least 3 items or more in a single purchase (“Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer 3 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer 3  Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

During the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a Non-KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper, (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ application that meets the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria, may earn an additional 6 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisFlyer Kris+ 6 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer Kris+ 6 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent on KrisShop on the Kris+ application, as set out below:

During the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme ( “KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com  that meets the Buy 3, Get 3x (“Minimum Purchase Criteria”), may earn an additional 4 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper 4 Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper 4 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual base earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iv. During the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a KrisShopper, (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application while logged into to his/her KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application that meets the Buy 3, Get 3x Miles Minimum Purchase Criteria, may earn an additional 8 KrisFlyer miles for every S$2 spent (“KrisShopper Kris+ 8 Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper Kris+ 8 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rates* on KrisShop on the Kris+ application, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:
