i. From 3 March 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 29 March 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time), Shoppers who meet the relevant Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”):

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 15% off regular-priced Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iii. If the Shopper meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

iv. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

v. This 15% off regular-priced items Promotion may be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated. 

i. From 3 March 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 9 March 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time), KrisFlyer Shoppers who satisfy the conditions below may earn an additional 3,000 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

ii. The Bonus Miles will only be awarded to the first 200 eligible transactions made during the period from 3 March 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 9 March 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time).

iii. The Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com or KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application). For illustration purposes only:

• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$250 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$100 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$150. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Minimum Spend Criteria.
• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards)  on KrisShop.com via the Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$250 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$200 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$50. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Minimum Spend Criteria. 

iv. Transactions where payment is made with the KrisShop E-gift Card and eligible eVouchers issued by KrisShop and by Singapore Airlines shall not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria required for each transaction under this 3,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.  

v. The Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

vi. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer member for the relevant transaction(s).

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
