i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to 40% discount on selected products Shoppers specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Flash Deals”).

ii. Flash Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period and cannot be used for purchases made on board flights, via any KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Purchases of products under Flash Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased under Flash Deals cannot be returned, and only defective products can be exchanged on a one-to-one basis, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. Flash Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Markdowns at any time without prior notice.

i. The Sure-Win-Prizes Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop’s website page during the Promotion Period (as defined in paragraph 2 above)(“Spin-the-wheel Game”).

ii. The Spin-the-wheel Game is open to all KrisShop.com visitors (each, a “KS Game Participant”).

iii. Each KS Game Participant must ensure that all AdBlock software, tools and plugins are disabled on KrisShop.com for the Spin-the-wheel Game to successfully pop up on KrisShop’s website page. The Spin-the-wheel Game will be available on the Mozilla, Edge, Safari, Chrome browser on desktop and mobile during the Promotion Period.

iv. To participate in the Spin-the-wheel Game, each KS Game Participant must click on the ‘Spin Now’ button. Following their spin of the wheel, each KS Game Participant will have a chance to win a prize if the spinner stops spinning and lands on the segment of the wheel indicating they are eligible to win a prize. KS Game Participants will win the prize corresponding to the prize stated on that segment on the wheel, in accordance with the terms below:

a. Unique Promo Codes

i. During the Promotion Period, KS Game Participants who have won one of the two unique promo codes (each a “Unique Promo Code”) from the Sure-To-Win Promotion may receive one of the following discounts on KrisShop.com when the Unique Promo Code has been correctly entered at checkout for purchases of products from selected participating brands listed here (“Eligible Brands”):

KS Game Participants who wish to make a purchase satisfying the relevant Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees), can only use one Unique Promo Code for each eligible transaction on KrisShop.com during the applicable Unique Promo Code validity period, on selected participating brands listed here. No extensions of the validity period for the Unique Promo Codes will be granted.

iv. Unique Promo Codes from this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), or other promotional codes, unless otherwise stated.

v. The Unique Promo Codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be used for the purchase of KrisShop e-gift cards.

vi. The value of the discount reflected on the relevant Unique Promo Code will be applied at checkout.

vii. Unique Promo Codes can only be used for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and are not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via any KrisShop order form or by any other means

viii. Products purchased using Unique Promo Codes cannot be returned, and only defective products can be exchanged on a one-to-one basis, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms. 

b. Double KrisFlyer Miles

i. During the Promotion Period, KS Game Participants who have won the double KrisFlyer miles prize (“Double KrisFlyer Miles Prize”) from the Sure-To-Win Prizes  and who have an active KrisFlyer account, and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts, may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent, applicable for purchases of products from selected participating brands listed here (“Eligible Brands”):

iii. Read together with 3(b)(b.i and b.ii), the Bonus Miles will only be awarded to the first 100 eligible transactions made during the period from 21 September 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 4 October 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time).

iv. Bonus Miles will only be awarded on the total purchase amount of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees).

v.  Bonus Miles For KrisShoppers are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. Bonus Miles For KrisShoppers are only applicable for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and are not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vii. Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of each eligible KrisFlyer Shopper within 12 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

viii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

ix. Bonus Miles from this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

c. Free Gifts

i. During the Promotion Period, KS Game Participants who have won a free gift prize (the “Free Gift”) from the Sure-To-Win Promotion may receive a free gift with their purchase of products from selected participating brands listed here.

ii. To redeem the Free Gift, KS Game Participants must correctly enter the promo code displayed on the pop up at checkout (each a “Free Gift Promo Code”).

iii. The Free Gift Promo Code cannot be applied in conjunction with any other promotional codes.

iv. Each Free Gift Promo Code has limited redemptions available.

v. The Free Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

vi. The Free Gift Promo Code is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made on board flights, or via any KrisShop order form, or by any other means.
