KrisShop Mid-Year Mega Deals Terms and Conditions
1. This KrisShop Mid-Year Mega Deals (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 3 June 2022 (0900 hrs Singapore time) to 28 June 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion shall consist of:
(a) Mega Deals Up to 60% off Promotion; and
(b) Up to 12% off regular-priced items Promotion; and
(c) Over 500,000 Bonus Miles Up For Grabs Promotion; and
(d) Top KrisShopper Spender Promotion
details of which are set out as follows:
(a) Mega Deals Up to 60% off Promotion
i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 60% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Mega Deals").
ii. Mega Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. Purchases of Mega Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Products purchased from Mega Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. Mega Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Mega Deals at any time without prior notice.
(b) Up to 12% off regular-priced items Promotion i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:|

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the Up to 12% off regular-priced items Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.
iii. If the Shopper or KrisShopper (as the case may be) meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.
iv. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.
v. This up to 12% off regular-priced items Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
(c) Over 500,000 Bonus Miles Up For Grabs Promotion
i. This Over 500,000 Bonus Miles Up for Grabs Promotion is open to Shoppers who (a) are active KrisFlyer members and have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions on KrisShop and (b) reside in any of the following:
Asia Pacific: Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, India (except Tamil Nadu state), New Zealand, Australia,
EU: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Sweden, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan Republic, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia, or
Africa & Middle East: Dubai, Johannesburg, and Cape Town
(each, a “KrisFlyer Shopper”).
ii. During the Promotion Period, each KrisFlyer Shopper who
a. makes a purchase on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts;
b. completes their payment transaction using a valid credit card and/or KrisFlyer miles only; an
c. opts in to this promotion by filling in the promotion entry popup form after checkout in accordance with Clause 3(c)(iii) below,
may be eligible to participate in the Over 500,000 Miles Up For Grabs Promotion (the “Miles Promotion Prerequisites").
iii. KrisFlyer Shoppers who wish to participate in this Over 500,000 Miles Up For Grabs Promotion will receive an entry pop up form after checkout to enter their details and provide consent for their participation. KrisFlyer Shoppers must ensure that any AdBlock software, tool or plugin are disabled on KrisShop.com in order for the promotion entry form to successfully pop up after checkout.
iv. If a KrisFlyer Shopper who satisfies the Miles Promotion Prerequisites makes multiple purchases on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, their relevant total expenditure on KrisShop.com made using credit cards and/or KrisFlyer miles only will be considered for this promotion.
v. The top 20 spenders on KrisShop.com who satisfy the Miles Promotion Prerequisites (the "Miles Promotion Winners") will win KrisFlyer miles in accordance with the table below (“the KF Miles Prizes”). The following Prizes will be awarded to the Winners:

vi. Employees of KrisShop, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, SATS, 3Sixty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate in the Over 500,000 Miles Up For Grabs Promotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are also not eligible to participate in this promotion. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry into this promotion.
vii. Miles Promotion Winners will be contacted via the email address listed in their relevant KrisFlyer accounts by 31 October 2022. Each Miles Promotion Winner will be required to submit the winner’s acknowledgement form within 3 Singapore business days after the email has been sent out. In the event that each Miles Promotion Winner’s response is not received within the stipulated timeline, the relevant KF Miles Prize will be forfeited.
viii. The First and Last name of each winner from the Over 500,000 Bonus Miles Up For Grabs Promotion will be published by 31 October.
ix. All decisions made by KrisShop, in respect to any matter relating to the Over 500,000 Bonus Miles Up For Grabs Promotion, including the selection of the Miles Promotion Winners, shall be final.
x. The relevant KF Miles Prizes will be credited into the KrisFlyer account from which the relevant Miles Promotion Winner had placed their orders on KrisShop.com. The details provided by the Miles Promotion Winner in their winners’ acknowledgement form must match the details in the KrisFlyer account from which the order was placed, otherwise the KF Miles Prize may be forfeited.
xi. KrisFlyer miles will be credited into the Miles Promotion Winners’ KrisFlyer accounts within 8 weeks of the Promotion Period and are valid for 3 years from the date on which they are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void.
xii. All KrisFlyer miles awarded shall be subject to the applicable KrisFlyer terms and conditions. KrisFlyer miles credited into a Miles Promotion Winner’s KrisFlyer account can only be used in accordance with the KrisFlyer terms and conditions, and cannot be transferred into any other KrisFlyer account or be exchanged for cash.
(d) Top KrisShopper Spender Promotion
i. This Top KrisShopper Spender Promotion is open to Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members residing in Singapore and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com (each, a “KrisShopper”), before completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period (each, a “Qualifying Transaction).
ii. Each Qualifying Transaction will contribute towards the relevant KrisShopper’s total spend during the Promotion Period, which will be tabulated and calculated after the end of the Promotion Period.
iii.The top three (3) KrisShoppers who spends the highest cumulative amount from the Qualifying Transactions may each receive one (1) Singapore Airlines Limited Edition Poker Set (worth S$318.00 each).
iv. At the end of the Promotion Period, if there are two (2) or more KrisShoppers who spend the same cumulative highest amount from the Qualifying Transactions such that there are more than three (3) Top KrisShopper Spenders, the KrisShopper who completes the Qualifying Transaction(s) earliest in time will be awarded the Singapore Airlines Limited Edition Poker Set (each, a “Top KrisShopper Spender”), such that there will only be three (3) winners in total for this Top KrisShopper Spender Promotion (each, a “KrisShopper Promotion Winner”).
v. Product(s) purchased as part of each Qualifying Transaction is/are non-refundable and non-returnable. Only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
vi. Employees of KrisShop, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Pelago, SATS, 3Sixty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign promotion are not eligible for to participate in the Top KrisShopper Spender PromotionPromotion. Corporations and other artificial persons are also not eligible to participate in this pPromotion. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry into this promotion.
vii. The KrisShopper Promotion Winners will be contacted by KrisShop via the email address listed in their relevant KrisFlyer accounts by 31 November 2022. The KrisShopper Promotion Winners will each be required to submit a signed letter of acceptance via email to KrisShop in accordance with the instructions provided by KrisShop via email within 3 Singapore business days after the email has been sent to the relevant KrisShopper Promotion Winners by KrisShop. The KrisShopper Promotion Winners agree with the terms and conditions set out in the letter of acceptance, and that the signing of the aforementioned letter is a pre-condition in claiming the award.
viii. The first 4 characters of each KrisShopper Promotion Winner’s full name will be published on KrisShop by 30 November 2022.
ix. All decisions made by KrisShop, in respect to any matter relating to the Top KrisShopper Spender Promotion, including the selection of the KrisShopper Promotion Winners, shall be final.
x. This Top KrisShopper Spender Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other mean.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
