Mastercard x KrisShop Terms & Condition

1. This Mastercard x KrisShop Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all Mastercard Cardholders in accordance with clause 3 below during the promotion period from 25 January 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 15 February 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, all Mastercard Credit or Debit Cardholders (each, a “Cardholder”) may receive an additional S$20 off with a minimum spending of S$250 per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes)(“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

• The promo code “MCCNY20” has been correctly entered by the Cardholder at checkout, and
• Payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit Card, (collectively, the Promotion).

4. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion.

For illustration purposes only: 

• a Cardholder is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$350 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “MCCNY20”:
• if S$250 is paid via a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit Card and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers the promo code may be applied;
• however, if S$200 is paid via a valid Mastercard Credit or Debit Card and S$150 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$200 value falls below the minimum spend criteria.

5. Products from Augustinus Bader are excluded from this Promotion.

6. This Promotion is valid for the first 250 redemptions only.

7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

8. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.

9. The promo code “MCCNY20” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.

10. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

11. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

12. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

13. KrisShop and Mastercard reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

14. By participating in the Promotion, each shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
