KrisShopper Welcome Perk Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShopper Welcome Perk Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to new KrisShopper loyalty programme members ("KrisShoppers") from 1 June 2022 (0000hrs Singapore time).
3. The Promotion shall consist of:
(a) S$5 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer; or
(b) S$15 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer
details of which are set out as follows:
(a) S$5 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer
i. In order to qualify for this S$5 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer, you must sign up to the KrisShopper loyalty programme and successfully: link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper (“S$5 Promo Code Prerequisites”).
ii. From 1 June 2022, new KrisShoppers who successfully fulfil the S$5 Promo Code Prerequisites:
(A) may each receive a S$5 discount (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com when the promo code has been correctly entered at checkout (“S$5 Promo Code”); and
(B) the S$5 Promo Code will be sent to Shoppers who successfully fulfil all of the $5 Promo Code Prerequisites via email no later than 10 business days after the end of the relevant calendar month in which the of successfully fulfilling S$5 Promo Code Prerequisites were satisfied by the relevant KrisShopper member.
iii. The S$5 Promo Code is applicable for purchases on KrisShop.com only, and with no minimum spend. The S$5 Promo Code cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.
iv. Products from Augustinus Bader are excluded from this Promotion.
v. The S$5 Promo Code is valid for one month from the date of issuance, following which it will expire and no extensions will be permitted.
vi. The S$5 Promo Code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for the purchase of KrisShop e-gift cards.
vii. The S$5 Promo Code is unique to the individual KrisFlyer account linked to KrisShopper, and cannot be transferred to other KrisFlyer accounts.
viii. New KrisShopper members who successfully sign up to the KrisShopper loyalty programme and fulfil the relevant promotion prerequisites will receive either the S$5 Promo Code or the S$15 Promo Code (as further set out in Clause 3(b) below). To avoid doubt:
(A) If a new KrisShopper is eligible to receive the S$15 Promo Code in accordance with Clause 3(b) below, they will not receive the S$5 Promo Code.
(B) If a new KrisShopper is eligible to receive the S$5 Promo Code and does not agree to subscribe to news and promotions from KrisShopper, they may still receive the S$5 Promo Code.
(b) S$15 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer
i. In order to qualify for this S$15 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer, you must: (a) sign up to the KrisShopper loyalty programme and successfully link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper; and (b) subscribe to news and promotions from KrisShopper (“S$15 Promo Code Prerequisites”).
ii. From 1 June 2022, those new KrisShoppers members who successfully fulfil both of the S$15 Promo Code Prerequisites:
(A) may each receive a S$15 discount (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com when the promo code has been correctly entered at checkout (“$S15 Promo Code”).
(B) the S$15 Promo Code will be sent via email no later than 10 business days after the end of the relevant calendar month in which the S$15 Promo Code Prerequisites were satisfied by the relevant KrisShopper.
iii. The S$15 Promo Code is only applicable for purchases on KrisShop.com only, and with a minimum spend of S$25 (excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees)., The S$15 Promo Code cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.
iv. Products from Augustinus Bader are excluded from this Promotion.
v. The S$15 Promo Code is valid for one month from the date of issuance, following which it will expire and no extensions will be permitted.
vi. The S$15 Promo Code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for the purchase of KrisShop e-gift cards.
vii. The S$15 Promo Code is unique to your the individual KrisFlyer account linked to KrisShopper, and cannot be transferred to other KrisFlyer accounts.
General Terms
4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
