KrisShop's KrisShopper Day Promotion

1. This KrisShopper Day Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is open to Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com (each, a “KrisShopper”), before completing a transaction on KrisShop.com (each, a “Qualifying Transaction”) during the Promotion Period from 22 June 2022 (0000hrs, SG time) to 24 June 2022 (2359hrs, SG time) (“Promotion Period”). 

 3. Each eligible KrisShopper who logged in to their valid KrisFlyer account may earn additional KrisFlyer miles on top of the usual earn rate, based on their KrisShopper membership tiers (“Bonus Miles”):

4. Bonus Miles are only awarded on the cash portion of the total price of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles).

5. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

6. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

7. This KrisShopper Day Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

8. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
