(a) Up to 50% off Markdowns Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers who have logged into their KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com may receive up to 50% discounts on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com.

ii. The Up to 50% off Markdowns Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. This Up to 50% off Markdowns Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the Gift with Purchase Promotion and Exclusive Buys Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased during the Up to 50% off Markdowns Promotion Period are not valid for returns, and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms. 

v. The Up to 50% off Markdowns Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Up to 50% off Markdowns Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(b) Gift with Purchase Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, KrisShopper who have logged into their KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com may receive ONE (1) 100ml room scent (worth S$111)(“Free Gift”) with a purchase of a full-size 100ml Maison de L’Asie perfume or 50ml Maison de L’Asie perfume as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com (“Gift with Purchase).

ii. The Free Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

iii. The Free Gift is limited to ONE (1) per transaction.

iv. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The Gift with Purchase Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Gift with Purchase Promotion at any time without prior notice.

vi. Products purchased during the Gift with Purchase Promotion Period, cannot be returned, and defective products can only be exchanged on a one-to-one basis.

vii. This Gift with Purchase Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the Up to 50% off Markdown Promotion and Exclusive Buys Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

viii. The Free Gift are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Gift with Purchase Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(c) Exclusive Buys Promotions

i. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) in accordance with clause 3 above (“Promotion Period”).

ii. During the Promotion Period, KrisShopper who have logged into their KrisFlyer account on KrisShop before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com may purchase exclusive buys on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ( each, a "Exclusive Buy" and collectively, “Exclusive Buys”).

iii. The Exclusive Buys promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iv. This Exclusive Buys Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions (other than the Up to 50% off Markdown Promotion and Gift with Purchase Promotion), offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from Exclusive Buys promotion are not valid for returns, and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Exclusive Buys are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Star Buys products at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. 

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion  and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry. 

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion. 

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
