KrisShopper Mega Star Buys Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShopper Mega Star Buys Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) during the promotion period from 18 April 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 2 May 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) and will be in accordance with Clause 3 below.
3. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers who have logged into their KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com may receive up to 50% discounts on selected products as specified on the Promotion Webpage on KrisShop.com (“Mega Star Buys”).
4. The Mega Star Buys Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
5. This Mega Star Buys Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
6. Products purchased during the Mega Star Buys Promotion Period are not valid for returns, and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
7. The Mega Star Buys Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Mega Star Buys Promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
8. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
9. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
10. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
11. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
13. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.
14.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
