KrisShopper Star Buys Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShopper Star Buys Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) in accordance with clause 3 below as set out below.

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Up to 45% off Markdowns which will take place from 14 September 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 20 September 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time); and

(b) Liquor Deals Promotion, which will take place from 14 September 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 19 September 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time); and

(c) Exclusive Buys Promotion, which will take place from 14 September 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 20 September 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time).

(a) Up to 45% off Markdowns

i. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers who have logged into their KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com may receive up to 45% discounts on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com (“Markdowns”).

ii. The up to 45% off markdowns promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The up to 45% off markdowns promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from the up to 45% off markdowns promotion are not valid for returns, and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Markdowns are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Star Buys products at any time without prior notice.

(b) Liquor Deals

i. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) in accordance with clause 3 above (“Promotion Period”).

ii. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers who meet the relevant minimum purchase quantities stated below may receive one of the following discounts on selected products as specified on the Promotion Webpage on KrisShop.com (“9.9 Liquor Deals):

All Shoppers	3,4 or 5	20% off each transaction
All Shoppers	6 or more	40% off each transaction

iii. If the KrisShoppers meets the Minimum Quantity Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Quantity Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

iv. Liquor Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means

v. Purchases of Liquor Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

7. Products purchased from Liquor Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

8. Liquor Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Liquor Deals at any time without prior notice.

(c) Pre-Launch Exclusives

i. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) in accordance with clause 3 above (“Promotion Period”).

ii. During the Promotion Period, KrisShopper who have logged into their KrisFlyer account on KrisShop before completing their transactions on KrisShop.com may purchase exclusive buys on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ( each, a "Exclusive Buy" and collectively, “Exclusive Buys”).

iii. The Exclusive Buys promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. The Exclusive Buys promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from Exclusive Buys promotion are not valid for returns, and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. The Exclusive Buys are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Star Buys products at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
