The KrisShopper tier you will be status matched to will be based on your KrisFlyer membership tier at the time of account linkage, as illustrated in the table above.

To link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper, simply login with your KrisFlyer account on KrisShop.com and click the “Join Now” box when the KrisShopper pop-up window appears. To enjoy the status match benefit after you sign up as a KrisShopper, tick the “I would like to receive the latest KrisShopper news and promotions” check box in the pop-up window.

Terms and conditions for the KrisShopper status match offer (applicable for KrisFlyer Elite members)

1. In order to qualify for this offer, you must hold a KrisFlyer Elite Gold or Elite Silver membership. KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Elite Silver members will need to link their KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper and subscribe to receive news and promotions from KrisShop in order to qualify for this offer (“Required Sign-Ups”).

2. Your KrisShopper membership tier will be matched with your KrisFlyer membership tier within 5 business days of completion of the Required Sign-Ups. The KrisShopper membership tier awarded to you under this offer is valid for a 12-month period commencing from the date of award (“Status Match Period”).

3. At the end of the Status Match Period, if you have not achieved the applicable Eligible Spending requirements for your membership tier in accordance with the table set forth here, you will be downgraded to the next relevant membership tier.

4. Eligible Spending means the nett purchase amount, excluding vouchers, discounts, taxes, delivery fees, import duties and postal clearance charges (applicable for home delivery and varying between countries). KrisFlyer miles, including KrisFlyer miles earned under the KrisShopper programme, are only earned from Eligible Spending.

5. In the process of linking your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper, you have acknowledged that you have read and accepted the KrisShopper Terms and Conditions. The earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and the KrisShopper Terms and Conditions.
