KrisShopper 2^nd Anniversary Celebration Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShopper 2^nd Anniversary Celebration Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an " Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion will take place from 4 April 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 30 April 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”) and shall consist of:

i. The 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below); and

ii. The 200 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

i. During the Promotion Period, a KrisShopper who (1) is subscribed to the KrisShopper news and promotion mailing list, (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Member”) and (3) completes their first purchase as a KrisShopper on an Online Platform, may earn an additional 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles (“1,000 Bonus Miles”) on their first transaction, provided said KrisShopper has not previously made any purchase on an Online Platform or via Inflight Delivery (on any Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight):

ii. For the avoidance of doubt, only KrisShoppers who have not made a transaction with their KrisFlyer account on any KrisShop sales channels from 1st January 2019 will be eligible for the 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion.

iii. Transactions purchasing KrisShop E-gift Cards only are excluded from the 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• Shopper A completes a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with a total spend of S$50 on a single transaction (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees) worth of KrisShop E-gift Cards. The 1,000 Bonus Miles will not be awarded for this transaction even though the KrisShopper 1,000 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria has been met.
• Shopper B completes a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with a total spend of S$150 on a single transaction (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees), with S$50 worth of KrisShop E-gift Cards and S$100 worth of beauty products. The 1,000 Bonus Miles will be awarded for this transaction.  

iv. Any transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the 1,000 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion as set out in Clause 3(a)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

v. The 1,000 Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account within 12 weeks after the end of the  Promotion Period.

vi. The 1,000 Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account statement once the Clause 3(a)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the 1,000 Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., April 2024.

vii. PPS Value and Elite miles from the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign are tabulated separately and are subject to the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign Terms and Conditions.

viii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any 1,000 Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Member for the relevant transaction.

i. During the Promotion Period, a KrisShopper who (1) completes purchase(s) on an Online Platform while (2) logged in as a KrisFlyer Member and (3) completes a transaction on an Online Platform of at least S$75 (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees)  (“KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria”), may earn an additional 200 KrisFlyer miles (“200 Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

ii. Transactions purchasing KrisShop E-gift Cards only are excluded from the 200 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion For Illustration purposes:

• Shopper A completes a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with a total spend of S$75 on a single transaction (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees) worth of KrisShop E-gift Cards. The 200 Bonus Miles will not be awarded for this transaction even though the KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria has been met.
• Shopper B completes a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with a total spend of S$200 on a single transaction (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees), with S$75 worth of KrisShop E-gift Cards and S$125 worth of beauty products. The 200 Bonus Miles will be awarded for this transaction.

iii. Any transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for the 200 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion as set out in Clause 3(b)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

iv. The KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible Online Platform transaction must be fulfilled in one order on the same Online Platform (i.e., via KrisShop.com or KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application). If a KrisShopper meets the KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for his/her order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e., both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the value of the products purchased for each delivery method does not meet the KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria, the 200 Bonus KrisFlyer Miles Promotion shall not apply and the 200 Bonus Miles shall not be awarded. For illustration purposes only:

• KrisShopper A has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$100, where Transaction A has a net amount of S$75 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$25 (after all applicable discounts, including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts, have been applied and excluding applicable tax, duties, and shipping fees). The 200 Bonus Miles will be awarded for Transaction A only, as only Transaction A satisfies the KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria set out in Clause 3(b)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.
• KrisShopper B has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$75 (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$50 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$25. While there is an aggregate value of S$75 (after all applicable discounts have been applied and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) for both Transaction A and Transaction B, the 200 Bonus Miles will not be awarded for either Transaction A or Transaction B as each transaction did not satisfy the KrisShopper 200 Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria set out in Clause 3(b)(i) of these Terms and Conditions.

v. The 200 Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account within 12 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

vi. The 200 Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account statement once Clause 3(b)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the 200 Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., April 2024.

vii. PPS Value and Elite miles from the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign are tabulated separately and are subject to the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign Terms and Conditions.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any 200 Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Member for the relevant transaction(s).

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
