Section A: KrisShop's Krismas Wonderland Promotion Terms and Conditions
 
1. This Krismas Wonderland (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 3 December 2021 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 27 December 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Mega Deals
(b) Up to 22% off Promotion; and
(c) UOB Cards Promotion,

details of which are set out as follows:

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 50% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Mega Deals").

ii. Mega Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Purchases of Mega Deals cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from Mega Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. Mega Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Mega Deals at any time without prior notice.

i. The Up to 22% Off Promotion is open to Shoppers during the following periods:

ii. During each applicable Up to 22% Off Promotion Validity Period, eligible Shoppers may receive:

A. 11% off the total price of their items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) with a purchase of 2 regular-priced items, or

B. 22% off the total price of their items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) with 3 or more regular-priced items,

for orders completed on KrisShop.com, subject to certain brand exclusions.

iii. Mega Deals and products in the brand exclusions list do not count towards the minimum quantity for each order and are excluded from this Up to 22% off Promotion.

iv. This Up to 22% off Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The applicable discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the minimum purchase of (a) 2 or (b) 3 or more regular-priced items (as the case may be) has been met.

vi. This Up to 22% off Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated. 

i.  During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who complete their orders on KrisShop.com using a validly issued UOB Credit or Debit Card may receive additional discounts for each transaction if they satisfy the conditions below:

ii. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions where payment is made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers will not be eligible for this UOB Cards Promotion.

iii. The UOB Cards Promotion is limited to the following redemption quantities:

A. the UOB S$20 off Promotion (for promo code “UOBXMAS20”) is valid for the first 1000 redemptions only;

B. the UOB S$10 off Promotion (for promo code “10OFFUOB”, which is only applicable for Shoppers in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia) is valid for the first 100 redemptions only; and

C. the KFUOB S$30 off + 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion (for promo code “KFUOBXMAS30”) is valid for the first 200 redemptions only.

iv. This UOB Cards Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded and KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

vi. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
