KrisShop x American Express S$20 off with S$250 spend Promotion Terms & Conditons
1. This KrisShop x American Express S$20 off with S$250 spend promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card Members in accordance with clause 3 below (“Card Members”) during the promotion period from 3 August 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 30 August 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Card Members may receive an additional S$20 off with a minimum spending of S$250 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:
i. The promo code “AMEXAUG20” has been correctly entered by the Card Member at checkout, and
ii. payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a personal basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card, (collectively, the Promotion).
4. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for the Promotion.
For illustration purposes only:
- a Card Member is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “AMEXAUG20”:
- If S$250 is paid via a personal basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code may be applied;
- However, if S$200 is paid via a personal basic American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$200 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.
5. Promotion is valid for the first 1,000 redemptions only and is limited to one redemption per Card Member.
6. Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.
7. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Card Member will be refunded.
8. The promo code "AMEXAUG20” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.
9. American Express and KrisShop reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason. In the event of any disputes, the decision of American Express and KrisShop shall be final.
General Terms
10. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
11. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.
12. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.
13. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
