KrisShop Anniversary Extravaganza Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Anniversary Extravaganza Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 3 August 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 30 August 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Mega Deals Up to 70% off Promotion; and
(b) Up to 10% off regular-priced items Promotion; and
(c) KrisRunner Game Contest; and
(d) Grand Lucky Draw - Top 30 Winners

details of which are set out as follows:

(a) Mega Deals Up to 70% off Promotion

 i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 70% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("Mega Deals").

ii. Mega Deals are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Purchases of Mega Deals cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from Mega Deals are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. Mega Deals are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Mega Deals at any time without prior notice.

vi. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisShopper”) will be qualified for the extra 5% on selected products at checkout.

(b) Up to 10% off regular-priced items Promotion

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the Up to 10% off regular-priced items Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iii. If the Shopper or KrisShopper (as the case may be) meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

iv. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

v. This up to 10% off regular-priced items Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

vi. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vii. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

(c) KrisRunner Game Contest

i. The KrisRunner Game Contest will be carried out on KrisShop’s website page (“Game”) and entry is open to:

• Members of the public aged of 18 years who have made a Qualifying Transaction (as defined below), and who reside in Singapore; Bangladesh; Brunei; Cambodia; China; United Arab Emirates, only residents of Dubai;  India (except Tamil Nadu state); Maldives; Myanmar; New Zealand; Philippines; South Africa (only residents of Johannesburg & Cape Town); South Korea; Taiwan, China; Turkey; United Kingdom; Vietnam.
• who complete the Game (as defined below) during the Promotion Period,
  (each, a “KS Game Participant”).

ii. To be eligible to participate in the Game, Participants will need to complete the KrisRunner Game by jumping over and avoiding the obstacles that appear on the game screen. The Game will be available on the Mozilla, Edge, Safari, Chrome browser on desktop and mobile during the Promotion Period.

iii. Each KS Game Participant will only be allowed a maximum of three (3) attempts each day to play the KrisRunner Game, and attempts will be refreshed daily at 0000hrs Singapore time. 

iv. Prior to participating in the Game, each KS Game Participant will have to create a Game profile, and provide his/her First and Last name, and email address. 

v. From 25 August 2022 (1000hrs SG time) to 30 August 2022 (2359hrs SG time), each KS Game Participants will receive x8 additional points multiplier while playing the KrisRunner Game.

vi. The KS Game Participant must consent to allow his/her personal data to be processed for the purpose of participating in the Grand Lucky Draw (subject to the terms and conditions of the Grand Lucky Draw), and in accordance with the KrisShop Privacy Policy.

vii. After the KS Game Participant has completed the Game, they may receive a unique promo code at the end of the Game if they score a minimum of 300 points, as further set out below:

viii. Each unique promo code provided to the relevant KS Game Participant may only be used for one (1) transaction on KrisShop.com, on regular-priced items for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees), subject to certain brand exclusions. The unique promo code will be valid for use on KrisShop.com until 15 September (2359hrs SG time), where it will expire and no extensions will be allowed. 

ix. The value of discount reflected on the relevant unique promo code will be applied at checkout, on eligible items when the unique promo code has been applied for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions.

x. The unique promo code is valid only for online purchase made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchase made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchase made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

xi. Participation in the Game might entitle the KS Game Participant to additional entries in the Grand Lucky Draw. For more details on the Grand Lucky Draw, please refer to Clause 3(d) below. In order to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw , the KS Game Participant must (a) sign up for a Game profile and complete the required fields on the screen before the Game starts, and (b) fulfil the requirements set out in Clause 3(d) (including successfully completing a Qualifying Transaction).

(d) Grand Lucky Draw - Top 30 Winners

Part 1: Qualifying requirements

i. The Grand Lucky Draw is open to all members of the public aged of 18 years who have made a Qualifying Transaction (as defined below), and who reside in Singapore; Bangladesh; Brunei; Cambodia; China; United Arab Emirates, only residents of Dubai;  India (except Tamil Nadu state); Maldives; Myanmar; New Zealand; Philippines; South Africa (only residents of Johannesburg & Cape Town); South Korea; Taiwan, China; Turkey; United Kingdom; Vietnam.

ii. Each “Qualifying Transaction” must satisfy the following conditions:

• The Shopper must complete a transaction on KrisShop.com that is S$200 or above, after any applicable discounts, excluding shipping fees and taxes;
• The Qualifying Transaction must be completed during the Promotion Period; and
• Every S$200 nett spend after any applicable discounts and excluding tax and shipping fees in a single transaction, equates to one (1) entry for the Grand Lucky Draw.

iii. Shoppers who made an order on KrisShop.com and who wish to participating in the Grand Lucky draw will receive an entry pop up form after checkout to enter their details and provide consent for their participation. Shoppers must ensure that any AdBlock software, tool or plugin are disabled on KrisShop.com in order for the promotion entry form to successfully pop up after checkout. 

iv. During the Promotion Period, KrisShop's purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application and on inflight entertainment, will need to provide consent for their participation via a unique link on KrisShop order confirmation form or any other means. 

v. Shopppers who made an order on KrisShop.com and who have provided their consent via the entery pop up at checkout will not required to provide consent of their participation via the unique link on KrisShop order confirmation form or any other means. 

Part 2: Participation in the KrisRunner Game – Additional entries to the Grand Lucky Draw

i. Eligible KS Game Participants may receive additional entries to the Grand Lucky Draw by participating in KrisRunner Game (as set out in Clause 3(c) above), provided that they have first carried out a Qualifying Transaction in accordance with Part 1 of Clause 3(d) above). To avoid doubt, if an eligible KS Game Participant completes the Game but does not successfully complete a Qualifying Transaction, they will not receive any entry to the Grand Lucky Draw.

Additional entries will be awarded in accordance with the table below:

ii. In addition, during the Promotion Period, the Top 10 overall scorers of the Game who have successfully completed a Qualifying Transaction may receive additional entries to the Grand Lucky Draw in accordance with the table below: 

iii. A leader board for the current top 10 overall scorers will be displayed within the Game throughout the Promotion Period. Updates to the KS Game Participant will also be provided to them within the Game screen, to let them know where they stand among relative to the other KS Game Participants. Notwithstanding this, the final ranks of the high scorers will only be tabulated at the end of the Promotion Period.

Part 3: Selection of Winners and Prizes for the Grand Lucky Draw

i. KrisShop will randomly select 30 Grand Lucky Draw Winners (each, a “Winner”), who may receive the following prizes:

ii. If any of the Winners of the Top 3 Prizes of the Grand Lucky Draw does not reside in and is not able to depart from Singapore, the relevant Winner will receive an alternative prize in the form of KrisFlyer miles as set out in the Alternative Prize column above.  

iii. To avoid doubt, if the relevant Winner of any of the Top 3 Prizes resides in Singapore and will be able to depart from Singapore to the relevant destination, they shall receive the relevant flight tickets set out in Prize Column above as the prize, and shall not able to opt for any Alternative Prizes in the form of KrisFlyer miles.

iv. For the Top 3 Prizes, the relevant valid travel period for the flight tickets will be from 1 January 2023 to 31 May 2023, and blackout periods as determined by Singapore Airlines will apply. 

v. The Grand Lucky Draw will take place on 6th October 2022 at 4.30pm. Winners will be chosen at random, among entries received that fulfil the eligibility criteria. 

vi. The First and Last name of each KrisShop's Anniversary Extravaganza Grand Lucky Draw winner will be published by 30 November 2022. 

vii. The Winners will be contacted by KrisShop via (a) the email address listed in their relevant KrisFlyer accounts, within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. If any Winner is not a valid KrisFlyer member, they will be contacted by KrisShop via the email address they have submitted through the entry pop up before participating in the Game. 

viii. Each Top 30 Grand Lucky Draw Winner will be required to submit the Winner’s letter and acknowledgement form within 3 Singapore business days after the email has been sent by KrisShop to their respective email accounts. In the event that any Winner’s response is not received within the stipulated timeline, the relevant Grand Lucky Draw Prize for that Winner will be forfeited. 

ix. KrisFlyer miles (where applicable) will be credited into the relevant Grand Lucky Draw Winner’s KrisFlyer account within 4 weeks the draw takes place on 6th October 2022. The KrisFlyer miles are valid for 3 years from the date on which they are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted. For the avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles awarded which have not been used by the end of such validity period will expire and shall be deemed null and void. 

x. The use of KrisFlyer miles to redeem an air ticket is subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, (at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/).

xi.Transactions involving the use of KrisFlyer miles on the Kris+ mobile application must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and Kris+ partners (at https://krisplus.com/).

xii. Transactions involving the use of KrisFlyer miles on Pelago must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, and terms of use of Pelago (at https://pages.pelago.co/en-sg/terms-of-use/).

xiii. Employees of KrisShop, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Pelago, SATS, 3Sixty, their affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this Promotion are not eligible for to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw. Corporations and other artificial persons are also not eligible to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry into the Grand Lucky Draw.

xiv. All decisions by KrisShop, in respect of all matters relating to the Grand Lucky Draw, including the choice of Winners shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants in the Grand Lucky Draw and the Game, vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Grand Lucky Draw without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. The demise of a participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.

xv. To the extent permitted under applicable law, KrisShop will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Grand Lucky Draw or the Winner’s acceptance of any prize.

xvi. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation of the Grand Lucky Draw.

General Terms

4. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
