SilkAir flights departing Singapore, except flights to Kuala Lumpur and Penang (at least 60 minutes prior to flight departure)
Scoot flights departing Singapore, except flights to Jeddah (at least 48 hours prior to flight departure)

The booking reference is a 6-digit code consisting of numbers and letters. You may find it in the booking confirmation email or check-in confirmation email sent by Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot.
