KrisShop International Women’s Day Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop International Women’s Day Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. The Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application ("Online Platforms”). The Promotion is open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.
3. The Promotion shall consist of:
i. Markdowns (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 5 March 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 18 March 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Markdowns”); and
ii. Liquor Deals (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 5 March 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 18 March 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Liquor Deals”)
The details of the Promotions are set out as follows:
(a) Markdowns
i. During the Markdowns Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive up to 40% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com (“Markdowns”).
ii. Markdowns are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Markdowns Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
iii. The Markdowns Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
iv. Products purchased pursuant to the Markdowns Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
v. The Markdowns Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Markdowns Promotion at any time without prior notice.
(b) Liquor Deals
i. During the Liquor Deals Promotion Period, each eligible Shoppers who meets the relevant Minimum Spend Criteria (defined below) for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts on Liquor Deals items for that transactions (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”):

ii. If a Shopper meets the S$300 Minimum Spend Criteria or S$500 Minimum Spend Criteria for his/her order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e., both inflight delivery and home delivery), such that the value of the products purchased for each delivery method does not meet S$300 Minimum Spend Criteria or S$500 Minimum Spend Criteria, the respective applicable Promotion discount shall not apply to those transactions. The S$300 Minimum Spend Criteria or S$500 Minimum Spend Criteria must be met for each selected delivery method in order for respective applicable Promotion discount to apply to that transaction.
iii. The Liquor Deals will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the S$300 Minimum Spend Criteria or S$500 Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.
iv. Liquor Deals are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Liquor Deals Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
v. The Liquor Deals Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.
vi. Products purchased pursuant to the Liquor Deals Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
vii. The Liquor Deals Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove the Liquor Deals Promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Terms
4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.
5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in the Promotion.
8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email addressmay be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its its supporting partners for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.
10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap 53B) to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
