KrisShop's 10.10 Double Savings Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop 10.10 Double Savings Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 30 September (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 18 October 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”)

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Up to 20% off Promotion; and
(b) 10.10 Star Buys - Up to 60% off
(c)  2x Bonus KrisFlyer miles

details of which are set out as follows:

(a) Up to 20% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. The 10% off Promotion can be applied for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application. 

iii. The 20% off Promotion cannot be applied for purchases made on the Kris+ mobile application. 

iv. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the Up to 20% off Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

v. If the Shopper or KrisShopper (as the case may be) meets the Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

vi. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

vii. This Up to 20% off Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated. 

(b) 10.10 Star Buys - Up to 60% off

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to a 60% discount on selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com ("10.10 Star Buys").

ii. The up to 60% off discounts are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchases made on board applicable flights or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisShopper”) will be qualified for the extra 5% off on selected products at checkout.

iv. Purchases of 10.10 Star Buys cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

v. Products purchased from 10.10 Star Buys are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vi. 10.10 Star Buys are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the 10.10 Star Buys at any time without prior notice. 

(c) 2X Bonus KrisFlyer miles

i. During the Promotion Period, Non-KrisShoppers who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete their purchases on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent.

ii. During the Promotion period, Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com (each, a “KrisShopper”), may earn additional KrisFlyer Miles on top of the usual earn rate, based on their KrisShopper membership tiers ("Bonus Miles"):

iii. Bonus Miles will only be awarded on the cash portion of the total purchase amount of the items (excluding applicable tax, shipping fees and payment made with vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles).

iii. Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer account of each eligible KrisFlyer Shopper within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

v. Bonus Miles from this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

General Terms:

4. This Promotion is valid for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and on the Kris+ mobile application (excluding KrisShopper exclusive promotion of 18% off and the extra 5% off exclusively for KrisShoppers), and is not valid for purchases made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means. 

5. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
