KrisShop 10.10: You’re A 10! Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop 10.10: You’re A 10! Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”)

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application. It is open to KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the applicable promotion periods and in accordance with clause 3 below as set out below.

3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Up to 55% off on selected products from 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 17 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time); and

(b) 10% off Promotion, which will take place from 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 17 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time); and

(c) 20% off Promotion, which will take place from 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 10 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time); and

(d) Up to 2,000 Bonus KrisFlyer miles, which will take place from 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 10 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time).

details of which are set out as follows.

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive up to 55% discount on selected products Shoppers specified on the Promotion webpage on KrisShop.com and/or KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application ("10.10 Markdowns”).

ii. 10.10 markdowns are valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and/or KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period and cannot be used for purchases made on board flights, via any KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Purchases of products under 10.10 Markdowns cannot be made in conjunction with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

iv. Products purchased from 10.10 Markdowns are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 defective product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

v. 10.10 Markdowns are only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add or remove the Markdowns at any time without prior notice.

i. From 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 17 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time), Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transactions (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”):

(b) the purchase must be completed on KrisShop.com and/or KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application for the following categories only: Airline Exclusives, Fashion, Food, Health & Wellness, Home & Kids, Travel & Gifts, Sports & Fitness, Writing and, Wine & Spirits.  (c) notwithstanding the above, Products in the brand exclusion list are excluded for the purposes of the 10% off Promotion.

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list from the following categories on: Airline Exclusives, Fashion, Food, Health & Wellness, Home & Kids, Travel & Gifts, Sports & Fitness, Writing and, Wine & Spirits (each, an “Excluded Product”), will count towards the 10% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 10% off regular-priced Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the 10% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iii. If the Shopper meets the 10% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the 10% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

iv. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

v. This 10% off regular-priced items Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

i. This 20% off Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members (each, a “KrisShopper”) in accordance with clause 3(b) above during the promotion period from 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 10 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

ii. KrisShopper who meet the relevant minimum spend requirement for the selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) stated below may receive the following discounts for regular-priced items for those transactions (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”):

(c) notwithstanding the above, Products in the brand exclusion list are excluded for the purposes of the 20% off Promotion.

iii. Products in the brand exclusions list from the following categories on: Airline Exclusives, Fashion, Food, Health & Wellness, Home & Kids, Travel & Gifts, Sports & Fitness, Writing and, Wine & Spirits (each, an “Excluded Product”), will count towards the 20% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 20% off regular-priced Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the 20% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iv. If the Shopper meets the 20% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria for the entire order but selects two different delivery methods at checkout (i.e. both inflight delivery and home delivery) such that the aggregate value of the items purchased for each delivery method falls below the 20% off Promotion Minimum Spend Criteria, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply.

v. The relevant applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met for the selected delivery method.

vi. This 20% off regular-priced items Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

 

i. From 5 October 2023 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 10 October 2023 (2359hrs Singapore time), Shoppers who are KrisFlyer members that have an active KrisFlyer account, and who complete a transaction on KrisShop.com and/or KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts (“KrisFlyer Shoppers”) and who satisfy the conditions below may earn one of the following additional KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) for each eligible transaction:

(c) notwithstanding the above, the following brands are excluded for the purposes of the 1,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion: Products from Apple, DJI, LG, Dyson, Samsung, Sony and Nintendo are excluded from this Promotion.
KrisFlyer Shoppers only	S$450 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees)	2,000 bonus miles for each eligible transaction where: (a) the Minimum Spend Criteria for that completed transaction is satisfied in full via a purchase on the same platform; (b) the purchase must be completed on KrisShop.com and/or KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application for the following categories only: Airline Exclusives, Fashion, Food, Health & Wellness, Home & Kids, Travel & Gifts, Sports & Fitness, Writing and, Wine & Spirits. (c) notwithstanding the above, the following brands are excluded for the purposes of the 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion: Products from Apple, DJI, LG, Dyson, Samsung, Sony and Nintendo are excluded from this Promotion.

ii. The Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria for each eligible transaction must be made in full via one transaction on the same platform (i.e. via KrisShop.com or KrisShop on Kris+ mobile application). For illustration purposes only:

• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions on KrisShop.com via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$250 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$200 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$50. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.
• A KrisFlyer Shopper has completed two separate transactions via cash payment (using valid credit and/or debit cards) on KrisShop.com via the Kris+ mobile application during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$450 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied), where Transaction A has a net amount of S$300 and Transaction B has a net amount of S$150. The Bonus Miles will not be awarded as each of Transaction A and Transaction B does not satisfy the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

iii. Transactions where payment is made with the KrisShop E-gift Card and/or eligible eVouchers issued by KrisShop and by Singapore Airlines shall not count towards the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria required for each transaction under this Up to 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.

iv. Purchases of KrisShop E-gift Cards are excluded from this Promotion. Any spend on these KrisShop E-gift Cards will not be included in the computation of the Bonus Miles Minimum Spend Criteria.

v. This Up to 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Pomotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

vi. The Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer member’s account within 12 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

vii. Transactions carried out under this Up to 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

viii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer member for the relevant transaction(s).

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in the Promotion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
