    A short stroll up the hill from the winery, the cellar door building provides a superb vantage point from which to taste the wines, learn about the winemaking process, or enjoy a glass or two matched with our famous grazing boards of fresh local produce.

    Tasting Notes :

    Methode traditionnelle. Its freshness and elegance obviously appealed to the illustrious panel of judges who awarded it the inaugural trophy for Best Australian Sparkling in Champagne at the Sparkling Wine World Championship. Bright green-straw, it is fresh and well balanced, with gentle citrus notes running alongside a hint of brioche; good acidity.
