Herve takes benefit of his know-how, to bring the authenticity, the elegance, the the tate of the Champagne with his wife Florence.

                Tasting Notes

                The foam is abundant at the service. The lively effervescence maintains a beautiful carpet of fine bubbles. The dress is golden yellow. The wine has a beautiful limpidity. The nose is round and ripe with aromas of dried fruit and touch of honey. Aeration of some lemon notes. The palate is lively with acidulous notes. When the carbonic explosion is appeased, there are notes of dried fruit and honey sensed by the nose.
