Duration:
Approximately 1 hr 45 mins (inclusive of training, gearing up and debriefing)

Flight Criteria
1. The recommended weight is less than 120kg (if shorter than 180cm) or 140kg (if taller than 180cm), you will not be admitted if you exceed both criteria.
2. You are at least 7 years old.
3. You must be able to comfortably wear one of our helmets.
4. You are not pregnant.
5. You have not previously dislocated your shoulder, have no history of back/neck injury or heart problems.
6. You are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescriptive drugs.
7. You are not wearing a plaster cast.
8. You have signed the iFly Singapore indemnity form. (Flyers under 18 years need signed permission from parent or guardian)
9. If you're 13 years old and above, you must show proof of full vaccination status upon check-in. PET results will not be valid for entry into our premises.

Terms and Conditions:

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• You will receive an email from iFly Singapore within 3 working days of your purchase, regarding your booking arrangements.
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
• Voucher is valid for 90 days from date of purchase and is non-extendable.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges.
• No rescheduling on the day of flight. Any rescheduling required before the day of flight shall have a charge of $30 per flyer.
• Any no shows or rescheduling on the day of flight shall be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee. No show also includes late check-in.
• There shall strictly be no refund for any flight cancellation, no show or late check-in.
• In the event that iFly Singapore exercises any discretion for refund for exceptional cases, there shall be an administrative fee of $30 to be charged. This shall include situations such as but not limited to wrong booking, double booking, medical condition, etc.
• iFly Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
