Brand Story:
With this blend, Cécile wanted to shape a new face for brandy by exploring new production processes, while remaining respectful of St-Rémy traditions and historical smooth profile, experimenting a unique double maturation process.

The first maturation in new oak casks delivers spiced notes, indulgence, and vivacity, while the second maturation in traditional casks balances the blend with roundness and sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Luminous, bright-amber, intensified by fiery, red sparks.
Nose: Mature nose underpinned with echoes of oak, and delicate vanilla aromas, layered with hints of ripe fruits and honey.
Palate: A rich palate of flavors. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. This complex taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.

How to drink:
The smooth and oaky taste of St-Rémy Signature makes it perfect to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in creations or classic cocktails with a brandy twist.
