                TERROIR : Deep silty loam, allowing for very good vineyard development.

                VINIFICATION & AGING : Manual harvest during the month of March. Manual selection of grapes upon arrival at the winery. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days at 10ºC (50ºF). Fermentation lasted 7 days at 27ºC (80ºF) in concrete tanks using selected and native yeasts. Post-fermentation maceration lasted 20 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in the concrete tanks. Ageing of 20% of the wine in French oak barrels for 10 months and the remaining 80% , spends 10 months in concrete tanks to maintain typicity and freshness. Then, 4 months in bottle beforebeing released.

                Tasting Notes
                Intense ruby red colour with attractive aromas of ripe peppers and minty herbs. This vintage has an alluring fresh sensation and very soft tannins.
