Straits Preserves is Singapore’s first homegrown producer of new
Asian marmalade, with flavours inspired by tropical fruit and spices and
Singapore’s history and cultural diversity. Spices were grown and traded in Singapore in the days when tropical
spices were worth more than gold. The island became home for many cultures who
created unique local dishes with combinations of these spices. This marmalade
continues in this tradition.
