We offer a 14-day return policy, which means clients have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. No refund or exchange will be entertained except in the case of broken or missing parts. We will not be liable for any manufacturing defects on the product or packaging box. To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that client received it. Proof of purchase must also be presented.

Terms and Conditions 

• Returns will be applicable strictly to damaged goods (i.e. Broken item or missing parts).
• Request for return or refund will not be applicable to any manufacturer defect(s) that may have occurred during production.
• Manufacturer defects may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Scratches
- Damage to the printed box and/or shipping carton
- Paint smudges

• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, in an undamaged condition 
• Returned item(s) must be received by us no later than 30 days after purchase 
• Cost of returning item(s) to us will not be reimbursed 
• Custom duties and/or taxes paid will not be reimbursed. 
• Damages to the shipping carton and/or print box of the item will not be liable for any form of refund
