BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE offers 2 years warranty on all orders. During the warranty period, any manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. In the event repairs cannot be done for your item, this warranty guarantees a replacement of identical or similar characteristics.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Theft or loss;
• Intentional damage;
• Normal wear and tear from regular use (scratched crystal, discolouration of case/straps, peeling of leather etc.);
• Any damage to the watch due to abnormal use/negligence (knocks, dents, broken crystal etc.); 
• Failure due to improper repair and modification to the product; 
• Water penetration for our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches; 
• If the warranty card is not submitted alongside the item;

We offer 1 free battery replacement for our Quartz models of up to 10 USD within 2 years. Any subsequent battery replacements will be borne by the customer. Kindly refer to our website for battery replacement.

BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE watches are 3, 5, and 10 ATM water resistant. Their protection against water ranges from minor splashes to mild submersion accordingly. We do not recommend you wear the watch while showering, swimming or diving.
