Pure varietal riesling showing limey citrus, cumquat and poached apple with hints of fresh white grapefruit. A hint of residual sugar isbraced by lovely well integrated acidity giving great balance. There’s a flavourful viscosity along with pithy phenolics to add textureand length to the palate.
