KrisShop KSP10 Promotion

1. This KrisShop KSP10 promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com during the promotion period from 24 May 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 15 October 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Promo Code is only applicable for Shoppers who are active KrisShopper members and who have logged into their valid KrisFlyer accounts on KrisShop.com before completing their transactions (each, a “KrisShopper”) 
4. During the Promotion Period, KrisShoppers may receive a S$10 discount on regular-priced items with a minimum spend of S$80 for selected delivery method (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions.
5. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
6. This Promotion will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code KSP10 has been correctly entered.
7. This promotion is valid only for purchases made through KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight and purchases via the mail order form.
8. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
9. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
10. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
11. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
