Terms and Conditions:

1. This KrisShop Valentine’s Day Add-On Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in Singapore (“Singapore Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 26 January 2022 (1500 hrs Singapore time) to 6 February 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, each Singapore Shopper who purchase a Valentine’s Day bouquet on KrisShop.com (“Qualifying Transaction”) is eligible:
   1. to purchase selected items at a special price (each, a “PWP Item”), and;
   2. complimentary gift wrapping for non-KrisShop Living items in the same transaction.
4. The entire transaction, excluding any KrisShop Living items, will be delivered on the selected date with the Valentine’s Day bouquet.
5. Each Shopper who has qualified for a Qualifying Transaction is only able to purchase a maximum quantity of one (1) piece of each PWP item per transaction.
6. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com for delivery within Singapore and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
8. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
