MBCCS Exclusive Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This MBCCS Exclusive promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com during the promotion period from 1 January 2021 (0001 hrs Singapore time) to 30 April 2021 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Each eligible Shopper will be able to enjoy a 10% discount and GST savings with a minimum spend of S$100 per transaction on regular-priced items and selected airline exclusive products (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions.
4. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com for home delivery to addresses within Singapore.
5. This Promotion is not valid for international deliveries outside of Singapore and purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.
6. The discount will be applied at checkout, on eligible items when the promo code [MBCCS10] has been correctly entered and the minimum spending of S$100 on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.
7. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
8. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.
9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
