KrisShop Post-Flight Duty-paid Liquor Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop Post-Flight Duty-Paid Liquor Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all Shoppers during the promotion period from 1 September 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 28 February 2026 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the promotion period, eligible shoppers may enjoy the following discounts:

• 9% GST-absorbed discount; and
• An applicable 10% promotional discount will be automatically applied at checkout with the purchase of any 3 selected liquor items, as specified on the promotion webpage, for Singapore home delivery only.

4. This Promotion can be applied with other promotional codes (e.g WELCOME/Birthday) unless otherwise stated.

5. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchase made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

7. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

8. Depending on your location, legal age restrictions may apply to the purchase of liquor. You are required to comply with all such laws. Pursuant to Singapore laws, it is an offence for individuals under 18 years of age to buy or attempt to buy liquor. Offenders may be liable on conviction to a fine of up to $10,000. 9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, flight details, billing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
