KrisShopper Ambassador Birthday Promotion Terms and Conditons

1. This KrisShopper Ambassador Birthday Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members within the Ambassador KrisShopper membership tier (“Eligible KrisShoppers”).

3. Eligible KrisShopper who has their birthday in the coming month:

a. may each receive a S$55 discount (“Birthday Code”) on KrisShop.com when the promo code has been correctly entered at checkout with a minimum spend of S$500 (“excluding applicable tax and shipping fees”); and

b. the Birthday Code will be sent to Eligible KrisShoppers via email no later than on the first day of their birthday month.

4. The Birthday Code will be valid during Eligible KrisShoppers’ birthday month, following which it will expire and no extensions will be permitted.

5. For illustration purposes, a KrisShopper Ambassador born in April will be able to utilise their Birthday Code during the month of April, while a KrisShopper Ambassador born in September will be able to utilise their Birthday Code in September.

6. The Birthday Code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for the purchase of KrisShop e-gift cards.

7. The Birthday Code cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

8. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to not replace the Birthday Code used.

9. This promotion is valid only for one-time use on KrisShop.com and purchases may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. This promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, mail order form, or any other means.

11. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

13. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

14. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
