• What is the Early Bird promotion?
  The Early Bird promotion consists of three offers:
  
  a)      500+500 bonus KrisFlyer miles [Fully Redeemed]
  From 28 March 2022 to 30 June 2022, a KrisFlyer member can earn up to 1,000 KrisFlyer miles by doing the following:
  
  
  • Receive 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles when you successfully link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper
  • Receive an additional 500 KrisFlyer miles when you subscribe to KrisShopper news and promotions at the point of signing up for KrisShopper

  
  This offer is limited to the first 30,000 KrisFlyer members who successfully complete either or both of the actions above. The bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited 10 business days after the end of promotional period or earlier.

  
  b)      S$20 KrisShop.com Promo code [Fully Redeemed]
  In addition to the above, the first 5,000 KrisFlyer members who successfully link their KrisFlyer accounts to KrisShopper and subscribe to receive news and promotions from KrisShopper from 28 March 2022 to 30 June 2022 may receive a S$20 discount (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com when the promo code has been correctly entered at checkout.
  
  
  • The promo code will be sent via email 10 business days after the end of the promotional period or earlier.
  • Promo code is valid till 31 December 2022, and with no minimum spend, and no brand exclusions. Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used with other discounts and promotions
  • Promo code is unique to the individual KrisFlyer account linked to KrisShopper, and cannot be transferred to other KrisFlyer accounts. 
  
  
  c)       Status Matching for KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Elite Silver Members
  From 28 March to 30 June 2022, KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Elite Silver members who link their KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper and subscribe to KrisShopper news and promotions will enjoy a 12-month status match and be upgraded to Icon and Insider tier respectively. See more terms here.

• How does the status match for KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold work?
  Your KrisShopper status-matched tier will be valid for 1 year where you will be able to enjoy the benefits such as accelerated KrisFlyer miles earn rate associated with your tier.
  
  Upon meeting the qualifying spend of the next tier, you will be upgraded accordingly. Otherwise, your tier will be determined by your qualifying spend within the membership year.
  
  For example, if you are a KrisFlyer Elite Silver member who signed up for KrisShopper on 4 April 2022, you will be upgraded to KrisShopper Insider. Your membership tier will be valid for one year and up for review on 30 April 2023.

For example, if you are a KrisFlyer Elite Gold member who signed up for KrisShopper on 4 April 2022, you will be upgraded to KrisShopper Icon. Your membership tier will be valid for one year and up for review on 30 April 2023.

• As a KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Gold member, I have been upgraded to KrisShopper Insider / Icon as part of the Early Bird promotion. What is my qualifying spend at the point of the status match? 
  The status match allows you to enjoy the KrisShopper tier benefits, such as accelerated miles earn rate, when you shop with KrisShop.
  
  Your qualifying spend refers to the final amount paid in credit or debit card for purchases on KrisShop.com, KrisShop on Kris+ mobile app and KrisShop on KrisWorld, after eligible discounts and/or KrisFlyer miles have been applied. Qualifying spend excludes:
  
  
• • any goods and services tax;
  • any applicable duties, taxes and delivery charges; and
  • any purchase made prior to you becoming a member of the KrisShopper programme.

Earn Bonus KrisFlyer Miles offer

1. In order to qualify for this offer, you must: (a) link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper; and/or (b) subscribe to news and promotions from KrisShopper (“Bonus Miles Prerequisites”).  

2. The offer is limited to the first 30,000 KrisFlyer members who successfully fulfil either or both of the Bonus Miles Prerequisites. We will notify you via the email address registered in your KrisFlyer membership profile if you are part of the first 30,000 KrisFlyer members who have fulfilled the Bonus Miles Requisites. The KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your account no later than 10 business days after the end of the promotional period.  

S$20 KrisShop.com Promo Code offer

3. In order to qualify for this offer, you must: (a) qualify for the “Earn Bonus KrisFlyer Miles” offer above; and (b) link your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper and subscribe to receive news and promotions from KrisShop (“collectively, “Promo Code Prerequisites”).  

4. This offer is limited to the first 5,000 KrisFlyer members who successfully fulfil all of the Promo Code Prerequisites. We will notify you via email if you are part of the 5,000 KrisFlyer members who have fulfilled the Promo Code Prerequisites. The promo code will be sent to you via email no later than 10 business days after the end of the promotional period.  

5.The S$20 KrisShop.com promo code (“Promo Code”) can only be used for purchases on KrisShop.com. The Promo Code is valid till 31 December 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time), following which it will expire and no extensions will be permitted. No minimum spending is required for you to use the Promo Code. The Promo Code:

(a) cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes;
(b) cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; and cannot be used for the purchase of KrisShop e-gift cards; and
(c) is unique to your KrisFlyer account linked to KrisShopper, and cannot be transferred to other KrisFlyer accounts.

Terms and conditions for the KrisShopper status match offer (applicable for KrisFlyer Elite members

6. In order to qualify for this offer, you must hold a KrisFlyer Elite Gold or Elite Silver membership. KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Elite Silver members will need to link their KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper and subscribe to receive news and promotions from KrisShop in order to qualify for this offer (“Required Sign-Ups”).

7. Your KrisShopper membership tier will be matched with your KrisFlyer membership tier within 5 business days of completion of the Required Sign-Ups. The KrisShopper membership tier awarded to you under this offer is valid for a 12-month period commencing from the date of award (“Status Match Period”).

8. At the end of the Status Match Period, if you have not achieved the applicable Eligible Spending requirements for your membership tier in accordance with the table set forth here, you will be downgraded to the next relevant membership tier.

9. Eligible Spending means the nett purchase amount, excluding vouchers, discounts, taxes, delivery fees, import duties and postal clearance charges (applicable for home delivery and varying between countries). KrisFlyer miles, including KrisFlyer miles earned under the KrisShopper programme, are only earned from Eligible Spending.

10. In the process of linking your KrisFlyer account to KrisShopper, you have acknowledged that you have read and accepted the KrisShopper Terms and Conditions. The earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and the KrisShopper Terms and Conditions.
