KrisShopper April 2022 Birthday 2X Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop April 2022 Birthday 2X Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com during the promotion period from 30 April 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 31 May 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”), and is open to all KrisShopper loyalty programme members who are born in the month of April (“April Baby KrisShoppers”).

3. During the Promotion Period, April Baby KrisShoppers who complete their first purchase on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts may earn additional KrisFlyer miles on top of the usual earn rate based on their KrisShopper membership tiers (“Bonus Miles”), as follows:

4. Each April Baby KrisShopper will only receive the additional Bonus Miles on their first completed transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period.

5. Bonus Miles will be credited to each eligible April Baby KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

6. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any KrisFlyer miles awarded to any April Baby KrisShopper.

7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

8. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and KrisShopper Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the use and earning of KrisFlyer miles.

9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, date of birth, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
