KrisShop IG 10K Followers Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop IG 10K Followers promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com from 22 October 2020 (1800 hrs Singapore time) to 25 October 2020 (2359 hrs Singapore time) and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

3. The Promotion shall consist of the (a) 10% off S$120 promotion and (b) up to 20% off promotion, details of which are set out as follows:

a. 10% off promotion

Each eligible Shopper will receive 10% off with a minimum spend of S$120 per transaction on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions.
The 10% discount will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code “KS10K” has been correctly entered and the minimum spend of S$120 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.

b. Up to 20% off promotion

Each eligible Shopper will receive up to 20% off with a minimum spend of S$120 per transaction on regular-priced items (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period, subject to certain brand exclusions.
The up to 20% off promo code is only valid for a one-time use.
The up to 20% off discount is will be applied at checkout on eligible items when an eligible promo code has been correctly entered and the minimum spend of S$120 (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) has been met.

4. All purchases made may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines, SilkAir or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

5. All purchases are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. This Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, which are not specified as being subject to the Promotion, unless otherwise stated.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
